When Business Moments Become Life Moments

Yesterday reminded me that some business moments are really life moments in disguise.
Healthy Kids of Nevada Foundation launched the Healthy Kids App at Kids Are Us Academy, surrounded by families, partners, and community champions — from Unicity Las Vegas and Girl Scouts to Sunrise Children’s Dentistry, Seven Hills Hospital, Sky Zone, and more. It was a celebration of health, connection, and possibility.
As a volunteer and Board Member, this work reflects everything we stand for at JH Consultant LLC: servant leadership, advocacy, and building partnerships that uplift families.
That’s community impact at its best. And the truth is, it all started with two simple questions at a CEO Roundtable in July 2025: “What do you do?” “What do you want to do?”
A dream of a soccer field. A chance connection with artificial grass at another networking event. A simple “I know someone who needs that.”
This is why business relationships matter. Small conversations create big opportunities.
The best is absolutely yet to come.
